Statement
My work explores line ,shape and color. I use the concepts of abstraction and minimalism in the work.
Biography
Guntis Lauzums journey in photography began when he was gifted a 35 mm camera upon graduation from college. He began shooting and developing his own film and prints.Today in the digital world his passion is to make photographs and exhibit them. Since 2015. he has participated in our 70 juried group exhibitions locally,nationally and internationally.His work is in many private collections as well as PLMC Museum in Cesis, Latvia. He is a member of Wisconsin Visual Artists ,American Latvian Artist Association, and Coalition of Photographic Arts.
